Caitlin Parratt Art

Caitlin Parratt is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice serves as an ongoing investigation into the materiality of the human psyche and the ways in which internal feelings are externalised.  She utilises a diverse range of media to explore the tension between what is felt and what can be seen, turning solitary thoughts into physical realities that can be navigated.

Her work spans abstract painting, collage, and large scale installation to mirror the layered nature of consciousness itself. By combining diverse materials and textures, she aims to create work that provokes a moment of recognition in the viewer. Guided by her Why Not? manifesto, she prioritises momentum and instinctive action to ensure her practice remains a space for visceral exploration and constant discovery.
